Delightful children's picture book about a Little Blue Penguin
I’ve been writing what seems most of my life. I’ve kept journals since I was in high school and enjoy blogging about journal writing (see www.journalsandpapersblog.com). I’ve written and published 2 children’s books, Little Blue Penguin for ages 2 to 5 and McKenzie’s Frosty Surprise for ages 4 to 8. I was so pleased when my first book, Little Blue Penguin was nominated as a finalist for The word Guild 2008 Canadian Christian Writing Awards.
I enjoy and contrive most of my stories from nature. Seems I can’t look at an animal or human without thinking up a story about them and their situations. I believe there will forever always be a story in my mind. The trick is to get it down on paper!
